At i late meeting of the stockholders of the Michigan Pump Manufacturin'g Company, of Ypsilanti, it was voted to increase the capital stock of the company to $50,000, and to offer for sal l.tfciö shares of the par valueof ilüeacl at $11 per share, with a guarantee divi clend of at least 6 per cent. The com patiy has obtained exclusive control o the new procesa for casting iron as ap püed to the manufacture of pumps which is owned by II. r. Glover and W. Eames, and which gives to this company great advantage over al other pump manufacturéis. This stock can be obtained at the First Nationa Bank at Ann Arbor, or the Ypsilant Savings Bank, or the office of the company at Ypsilanti. The directors of the company are: H. P. Glover, J. M. Chidester, M. S. Hall and E. P. Goodrich, of Ypsilanti, and Wilfred Eames, of Ann Arbor.
