Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judre of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Benjamin Pryer, deceased. Charles A. Pryer. exeontor of the last wlll and testament of suid deceased, coinés intt court and represente that he is now prepared to render his flnal account as such executor. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesdav, the twelfth day of July next at 10 o dook n the forenoon, be assigtied for e.xaninlng and allowing sueh account, and that the evisees, leñatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in aid estáte, are required to appear at a session i said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Ollice, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show ause, if auy there be, why the prayer of the etlüoner should not be granted.
