This is very easily learned. Roll over on your back, stretch out yonr legs and drop them a little lower than the body. Keep the hands close to the side. Then paddie with them ia a rotary f ashion Lrom the wrist. Keep the lnngs filled with air, and you will ünd swimming on the back more comfortable than when lying on the stomach.
