The following laws were enacted at the special session of the Legislature, August 5th and 6th, for the reapportionment of the state into Senatorial and Representative districts: AN ACT For the apportionment of Senators in the State Legislatura. Section 1. The people of the State of Michigan enact, That this State ehall be and is hereby divided into thirty-two Senate Distrlcts, each district to be entitled to ose Senator, which said district shall be constituted as follows, viz : First Distrlct-The ninth, eleventh, thirteenth and flfteenth wards m the city of Detroit, and the townships of Grosse Point, Hamtrainaek. Greeofleld, Kedford, Livonia, and Plymouth, in the countv of Wayne. Second District-The Brst, socond, third, flfth, and sevenlh wards of the city of Detroit Third District-The fourth, sixth, eighth, and teuth wards of the city of Detroit. Fourth The twelfth. fourteenth, and eixteenth wards of the city of Detroit, and the townshipsof Cantón, Nankin, Dearborn, Springwells, Van Buren, Komulus, Taylor, Ecorte, Sumpter, Huron, Brownstown, and Monguagon, and the city of Wyandotte in the county of Wayne. Fifth District- The counties of Lenawee and Monroe. Sixth District-The counties of St. Joseph, Branch, and Hillsduie. Seventh District-The counties of Beriien and c ii Eiu-hth District- The counties of Allegan and Van Buren. Ninth District- The counties of Kalamazoo and Calhouu. Tenth District- The counties of Jackeon and Wushtenaw. Eleventh District- The county of St. Clair. Twelfth The ounties of Oakland and Macomb. Thirteenth The couniies of Livingston and Genesee. Fourteenth District- The eounties of Shiawassee and Inghara. Fifteenth District- The counties of Burry and Eaton. Sixteenth District- The flrst, second. third, fourth, lifth, sixth, seventli, eight, ninth, and twelfth ward6 of the city of Grand Hapids, in the county of Kent. Seventeentb District-The tenth and eleventh wards in the city of Grand Kapids, and the lownbhipsof Tyrone, Solon, Nelson, Spencer, Sparta, Algona, Courtland. Oaktleld, Alpine, Plainfleld, Cannon, Grattan, Walker, Grand Kapids, Ada, Vergenues, Wyoming, Paris, Cascade, Lowell, Byron, Gaines, Caledonia, and Bowne in the county of Kent. Eighteenth District- The counties of Ionia and Montcalm. Nineteenth District- The counties of Clinton and Gratiot. Twentieth District- The counties of Huron and Sanilac. Twetity-lirst District- The counties of Tuscola and Lapeer. Twenty-second District- The county of Saginaw. Twenty-third District- The countles'of Muskegon and Ottawa Tweutyfourth District - The counties of Bay, Arenac, and Midland. Twenty-flfth District-The counties of Osceola, Newaygo, Mecoeta, and Isabella. Twenty-siïth District- The counties of Manistee, Mason, Lake, and Oceana. Tweuty-eeveDth District - The counties of Benzie, Wexford, Grand Traverse, Leelanaw, Kalkaska, Antriu), and Charlevoix. Twenty-eighth District - The counties of Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Missaukee, Kosconimon, Ogemaw, Iosco, Clare, and Gladwln. Twenty-ninlh District- The counties of Otsego, Montmorency, Alpena, Presque Isle, Cbeboygan, Emmet, and Manitou. Thirtieth District- The counties of Mackinac, Chippewa, Luce, Schoolcraf t. Delta, and Menominee. Thirty-flrst District- The counties of Marquette, Alger, Dickinson , and Irou. Thirty-8econd District- The counties of Houghton, Baraga, Keweenaw, Gogebic, Ontonagon, and IsleKoyal. Sectkjn 2. The election returns of eaeh county forming one senate district, shall be made to the county clerk's office of said county. The election returns of each senate district compo8ed of more than one county, 6hall be made to the county clerk's office of the county in such senate district containing the largest number of itilmbitants according to the censps of one thousand eight hundred and ninety. The election returns of each senate district composod of a portion of a county, 6hall be made to the county clerk's office of such county. This Act is ordered to take immediate effect. Approved August 6th, 1892. AN ACT To apportion anew the reprosentatives among the several eounties and disiricts of this State. Section 1. The eounties of Wexford, Missaukee, and Clare shall constituto a representative district and be entitled to one representative, and the election returns of said district shall be made to the county of Wexford. The counties of Osceola and Lake shall constitute a representative district, and be enitled to one representative, and the election returns of said ■ lstrlot ehall be made to the county of Osceola. The counties of losco, Aleona, ltoscommon and Ogemaw shall constitute a representative district and be entitled to one representative and the election returns of said district shal Le made to the eounty of losco. The counties of Alpena, Montmorency, Otsego, Oseoda, and Crawford shrtll coiiHtitutc a reprt sentative distriot and be entitled to one represencative, and the election returns of said district shall be made to the couuty of Alpena. The counties of Cheboyg-au, Emmet, Preaque Isle and Mnmtou shiill oonstitute o representative district and be enticled to one rtpresentative, and the eleotlon returns of Bald district shall be made o the county of Cheboygau. The couaties of Chippewa, Mackinac. and Luce shall constitute a represencative district and be entitled to ono represeiitative, and the election ïvturns of suid district shall be made to the county of Chippewa. The eouuties of Delta, Schoolcraft, and Alger shall constituto a representative district and be entitled to one representative, and the election returns of said district shall be made to tho county of Delta. The counties of Dickinson, Iran, and Baraga shall constitute a representative district and be entitied to one representative, and the eleetlon returns of said district 6hall be made to the county of Dickinson. The counties of Gogebie, Ontonagon, Keweenaw, and Isle Royal ehall constitute a representative district and be entitled to one representative, and the election returns of said district 6hall be made to the county of Gogebie This act ís ordeied to take immediate effect.
