G. Frank Allmendinger had a leg broken by being thrown from a carriage, Wednesday inorning. He was crossing. the bridge over the Michigan Central at the depot in a carriage with his partner, Mr. Schneider, when the spirited horse they were driving took fright at a locomotive passing beneath the bridge and threw both gentlemen out. Mr. Allmendinger's leg was broken at the ankle. He was taken home in a hack and Dr. Darling, who is attending him, reports that he is doing as well as could be expected.
