The Commandment Revised.

The commandment, "Thou shalt not steal," is being revised by McKinley to read, "Thou shalt raise thy money for public expenses by taxing the products of other nations rather than by taxing the products of thine own; and thou shalt not tax thyself so long as thou canst find anybody else to tax."
