The Commandment Revised

The commandment, "Thou shalt not steal," is being revised by McKinley to read, "Thou shalt raise thy money for public expenses by taxing the product of other nations rather than by taxing fche producta of thine own; and thou shalt not taz thyself bo long as thou canst find anvbodv else to tas."
