Tree Town IS AARP The Magazine's Healthiest Hometown in America. With the mayor and other dignitaries on hand at Nichols Arboretum Education Center today, July 23, AARP made the announcement. Arb walking and Border-to-Border biking definitely put us at the top of the list.

The bike lanes do make it so
The bike lanes do make it so much more convenient to travel that way. I recently used the on street bike lanes with my kids for the first time. Some are tricky - like when the bike lane goes between 2 car lanes an an intersection (Packard & State) - but it was a positive experience overall.
