The Stockholders In The New Bank
Articles of incorporation of the State Savings Bank, of Ann Arbor, were filed in the county clerks office, Wednesday. The bank in organized both as a savings and commercial bank. The capital stock is put at $50,000, divided into 600 shares of $100 each. There are seventy-five stock holders and no stock-holder holds more than ten shares. Miner, David lien ning, David Zimmerman, Martin &, Fischer, Hutzel & Co., II. M. Woods D. A. MacLachlan, George M. Ciar ken, and James C. Wood. Mis. Martha A. Wetmore has eight shares.
