Whereas, Arbor Tent, No. 296, K. ü. T. M., is called npon to niourn tlie death of our beloved Brothet Sir Knight, George Washington Allmendinger, who departed this life on the evening of Wednesday, September 14, 1892; and Wnereas, hia gentle and onassuming manner, his panty of thought and unselflsh devotion to the fraternal interest of his companion Sir Seights, ha ving been ever willing lo do all in his power as a Maccabee to enhance the general welfare of the order vvhenever an opportunity offered or occasion arose deared him to all who knew him bu more especially to us; therefore be it Resolved, That we the members o Arbor Tent UDite in expressing our sincere sorrow at the grevious loss of this true and faithful ürother, who was an agreeable companion, and a lovinjr husband and father. Resolved, That we mourn his loss as few eanoutside the family cirele to wnorn he wasso justly dear and desire to express to those who will constantly view his vacant chair in the home which he loved and adorned the tenderest condolence of every member of thiB Tent; and be it f urther . Resolved, That our charter be draped in mourning for thirty days, and that a copy of this humble but sincere tribute to his memory be engrossed and sent to the family of the üeceased and that the same bepreserved in the archives of this Tent and spread upon its records and also sent for publication to the city papers and the Michigan Maccabee.
