D., 1893, at 10 o'cloek in the forenoon of that liiy (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise at the time of the sale) the following-described reul estáte, to wit: All that part of the west half of the north east quarter lying south of the river. Also all bat part of the nortbwest quarter of Seetion 13 lyir.gr south of the river, excepting commenolng at the northwest corner of Seetion 18, Town 2, south Range f east, thence; south on the ivest line of Seetion, 14 chaina and ïfi links, thence east parallel to north line of Section, 31 chnins, thence north 4 chains and 75 links to the bank of the Huron river, thenco Dorthwesterly the bank of said river to the north line of Seetion 13, thence west along Seetion line 26 chains and % links to the place of beginning. All on Seetion 13, Township of Seio. Washtenaw County, Michigan. On reading and filing the petition, duly veriaed, of Catharine M. liurlinframe and Wiliism R. Burlingame, praying that partitlon may be had of the real estáte whereof said deeeased died seized aniong the persons entitled thereto, and that commissioners be appoinled for that aurpose.
