The Arous appears this week under slightly changed management. It is now issued by the firm of Beakes & Curtiss. The senior member of the firm has been the editor of the Argus for the past six and a half years. The junior member of the firm is Mr. S.W. Curtiss, recently of Monroe, and a gradúate of the literary department of the University. With two hands at the helm, we hope to be able greatly to improve the Argus, increase its circulation and also largely to build up our job printing department. The editorial policy of the paper will not be changed. This week, we fear, the paper will not appear up to the mark, owing to the time necessarily taken up in arranging the transfer of the business to the new firm.
