At a sessiou of the Probate Conrt for th Cnunty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Oflïce in the City of Ano Arbor, on Thursday, the second day of February, in the year one tbousand eight hundredand niuoty-three. Present. J.Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward J. Morton, dcceased. William H. Morton, the admimstrator of said estáte, comes into court tiod rcpresents that he isnownrepared to reodcr bis final account as such admiuistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 28th day oft Fubmar inst, at ten o'ulock in the forenoon, be assifïned for exaniining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persona íntereated in said catate, ave required to appear at a ttession of eaid Courl, then to be bolden at th Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said cóuaty and , show caufc, if any tbee be, why the said account should not heallowed. And it ís further ordered, that said adminiatrator give no tice to the persons interusted in aaid estáte of the, pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be puhlished in the Ann Arbor ABGt)fl. a newspaper printd and circulating in said County, three suceessive weeks previous to said dav oí' hearing.
