Present. J.Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward J. Morton, dcceased. William H. Morton, the admimstrator of said estáte, comes into court tiod rcpresents that he isnownrepared to reodcr bis final account as such admiuistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 28th day oft Fubmar inst, at ten o'ulock in the forenoon, be assifïned for exaniining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persona íntereated in said catate, ave required to appear at a ttession of eaid Courl, then to be bolden at th Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said cóuaty and , show caufc, if any tbee be, why the said account should not heallowed.
