H. }. Rogers has returned from his eastern trip. Mr. JYirt Newkirk, of Luther, Mich. , will be the cashier of the savings bank of Dexter. Mrs. E. H. Carpenter will sell her live stock and farming utensils at auction on Tuesday, Felj. 28. J. Hi Murdock has rented the W. I. Keal store, and take possession in the near future. Wheat is only 67 and 68c here at present.
