Nolice is herebygiven that in pursunnee of an order granted to the undersigned Executors of the estáte of said deeeased by the Hou. Judgeof Probate for the County of Waehtcnaw, on the 3d day of January, A. D., 1893, there will be sold at Public Vendue, to the highest bidder, at the East front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor in the County of Washtenaw in said State, on Saturday the eighteenth (18th) day of February, A. Ou reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Charles Dwyer, adminlstrator, praying that he may be licensed to sell the r. al estáte whereof said deeeased died seizud, lor distribution.
