To Revise The Constitution

Laxsing, Peb. 25.- The house judiciary committee vvill sooareoommend a bilí for the calling of a constitutional convention to revise the eonstitution and make it up to date. The basis of representation will be one delégate to each representative district. The convention will meet August 15 and hold not Jonger than sixty days.
