At a session of the Probate Court tor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the Citv of Ann Arbor, on Wednesoay. the lst day of Mnrcli in the yoar one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judse of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of TVilliam W. Brown, deeeased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled. of Charles Dwyer, prayinff that he may be licensed to sell the real estáte whereof said deeeased died seiztd. Thereupon it is ordored that Monday, the 2"th day of March next at 10 o"'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-at-law of said deeeased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, thea to be holden at 'the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerof the petitioner should not be jrranted.
