The senior law class had a very stormy meeting yesterday. A motion was made requesting Milton Johnson to resign the position of valedictorian. Mr. Falknor moved that the question be not considered. This motion was defeated. A number of resolutions were then read respecting Mr. Johnson's conduct as president of the Oratorical Association. These resolutions were notadopted. After a stormy debate, the class adjourned to meet next next Monday evening to further consider the question. Newspapers may have just as much influence as ever, but the women-folk say they are not making as big a bustle in the world as they did a few years ago.
