D. 1893, for the purpose of registering all new electors, in said city, uho may apply for that purpose, and tliat said Board of Registration will be in session on the day and place aforesaid, from eight o'clock in the forenoon 10 ejght o'clock 'in the afternoon, and on the following day at ilie Council Chamber, from nine o'clock in the forenoon to four o'clock in the aflernoon, in said city.
