The University boys are keeping up their reputation, as may be judged trom the f ollowing : The University Glee aDd Banjo clubs, of Ann Arbor, gave a pleasing entertainment at the opera house last evening. The program consisted of fifteen numbers. but encores were given to every selection and were cheerfully responded to. The singing is of the highest order, the rich voices blending ing in harmony tliat caunotbut delight the most critical ear. The selections by the banjo club were excellent, and while ordinarily these instruments are not capable of produciug the most pleasing sounds, in the hands of the college boys they are made to almost talk. The audience was one of the largest thathas assembled at the opera house this season, and all appeared to enjoy the entertainment. - Bay City Tribune, Marchll, '93. The University of Michigan Glee and Banjo clubs gave a concert at the Academy of Music last evening, and were greeted by a crowded house. The singing of the Glee club was very ine, the gentlemen showing much ;raining and practice. There were some excellent voiees and they blend ïd harmoniously in the rollicking colege songs, medleys and other selec;ions, and every number was enthusidstically encorecí. "Romeo and Julietie," was one of the best selections. 'A Life Lesson," the medley "Chestmt Mili," and the closing selection, 'Ann Arbor," were also excellently ■endered. The Banjo club shared with the Glee club the. honors of the evening. They produced excellent music on the banjo, which is becoming more popular ftaeh day, and like the numbers of the Glee club, each selection was encored. Che concert gave complete
