Two tfirls sat awhile ago in opposite stage boxes at the theater to whose tmited wealth the word inconceivable would almost literaiïy apply. Both were faintly pretty, of the style that is ab'solutely nuil without proper dressing. One, the most decided type of blond, wort' pale blue. The result was simply fiat. The other girl is a brunette and was dressed in a brown silk (which is tlic ugliest and most characterleas wear tiie mind of man can devise, except iñ combínation), and had a wísp of illusiontied tightly around lier neck. - New York Letter.
