The V. of M. Glee and Banjo clubs wiĆ¼ give tiieir annual concert in Detroit April 13. The '96 Hts will hold a business meeting on Saturday next to elecj the Oracle board. Edward B. Perry, the blind pianist of Boston, will give the postponed concert in the chamber concert course March 29. Prof. A. C. McLaughlin addressed the Political Science Association of Albion college, last Thursday evenin'g, on "The Spoils System." Hon. Mr. Castle, Havvaiian commissioner to the U. S. will speak in Ann Arbor on the general subject of his mission on his way home. Prof. Steere will deliver the second lecture of the S. C. A. series, Sunday morning, March 26. His subject will be "Religious Condition of South America." W. H. H. Garver, law '94, has left the University to accept a position as a reporter on a business educational journal, which is to be issued at the World's Fair. Sunday night, April 1, Mr. G. WWendling will lecture under the auspices of the S. C. A., at University Hall. His subject will be, "The Man of Galilee. " It will be remembered that Mr. Wendling lectured here last year, on the subject, "Saul of Tarsus."
