A Boy Drowned

Ghakd Rapids, March IS.- While last weck's flood was at its height Cornelius Vogel, aged 13 vears, was skating on the ice which had formed during the night over the lowlands, when suddenly it pave way and the boy was swept under by the current and drowned.
