On and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Charles Dwyer, praying that he (nay be lioensed to sell the real estáte vhereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is orriered that Monday. the 2Tth day of Mareli next at 10 o'elock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition.and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased, and allotber persom intere&ted in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor ana show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be jrranted.
