The Ypsilantian contains the following mention of the sad burning of a family in Ypsilanti on Wednesday: Yesterday afternoon as Mis. Gurdon Sines, living on East Cross street, was rilling a gasoline stove, the fluid in a pitcher took tire and enveloped her and her children in dames. She and her baby were so dreadfully burned that they will pvobably die, and a three-year-old child also received serious burns. The family had lately moved to town frotn Dentón neighborhood.
