" Dr. Bill" is Funny. "Dr. Bill" is, indeed, one of the funniest pieces of the season. It belongs to the same class as the farces of "Jane," "All the Comforts of Home," and Mr. Wilkinson's Widows." lts literary uierit is lower than theirs, but thesituations, particularly those of the second act, are ingenious and very ludicrous.
