[OFFICIAL.) Ofkice of the Board of Public Works t Ann Arbor. May :SrcI, 1S93. t" Regular meeting. Board met and was called to order by Pres. Keecli. lioll called. FoU Board present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. A communication from Kobert Hunter was read, asking f or a permit to move a barn from No. 49 Huron street to his residence No. 109 W. Huron St. On motion of Mr. Keech a permit was granted to Robert Hunter to move said barn. Mr. Keech moved that permission be and is hereby franted to Mrs. Bilbie to remove a shade tree in front of lier property on E. Huron street, provided that the Street Commissioner see that no harm is done by said removal, to the city at large. Adopted as follows: Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. Permission was granted to John Wagner, onS. Main street, to build a 6-foot sidewalk at his place of business provided, that when a 13-foot walk is ordered, said Wagner willcomply with such order. On motion of Mr. Keech, the City Engineer was ordered to report and subrnit to this Board, profiles and memorandas for street and sidewalk grades on the following streets: On Fourteenth street, from Ann to Belser streets. On Washtenaw avenue, from Geddes avenue to the city liinits. The City Engineer reported and submitted memorandas for sidewalk grades on the south side of Packard street, from 5th avenue to Hanover Square. On the west side of S. Main street, from Liberty street to William street. On the east side of S. Ashley street, from William street to Jefferson street. On motion of Mr. Keech the grades were accepted and submitted to the Common_Council for adoption. On motiou the Board adjourned. Cleik.
