University Notes

Ninety-six played the High School on the athletic field yesterday afternoon 9 to 5 in favor of the former. Prof. W. J. Herdman will lecture at Newberry Hall Sunday morning on ''Scientific Methods Applied to Christianity." On account of the ill-health of Prof. Griffin, the senior laws have asked Prof. Conely to deliver the annual address. The pictures of Judges Campbell and Walker secently secured for the law building by the alumni, was presented yesterday. 1 Drs. Gibbes, Breakey, Doek, Vaughan, Herdman, Nancrede, Martin and Darling all read papers before the State Medical Society this week at Muskegon. They leave for that place tonight.
