DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE FOK morethan ninety days in the payment of Interest overdue and payable on a mortgtin'J dated Ootober 22, 189 1, made by Jonathan 1. Curry and Sarah ,T. (Jurry, his wife, to Lom 1 x. i. Cook, and recorded in the office of the register of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, in the State of Michigan, on the 24th day of October, 1891, in liber 7B of mortgages on page 403, for which default said Lomax B. Cook, by virtue of the right given him by said mort gage. has made and hereby makes the whole principal sum of the mortgase and the interest accrued thereon now due and payable, and on which mortgage there is craimed to be due at the date of this notiee the sum of elght hundred sixty-eight dollars and seventy-flve cents ($SG8 ,75), and 110 Buit or proceedings at law having been instituted to recover the amount secured by said mortgage or any part thereof, notiee is therefore hereby iven that on Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 1893, at two o'clock in the afternoon, there will be sold at the front door of the Court House, In the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, said Court House belngthe building in which the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held, at public auctioo to the liighest bidder, the premises described in such mortgage, or as much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the amount due on said mortgage as above set forth, with the interest thereon, and the cO8ts, charges and expenses allowed by law and provided for in s:Ud mortgage, said premises beinff sitúate in theïownship of Superior, in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, and deseribed as the north thirty (30) acres of the west half of the north-west quarter of section thirty-two (32) in township two (2) south of range seven (7) east.
