JACK80H, May 18. - Judge I'eck handed down his decisión on the motion to quash the inforraation in the case of Capt. Qill, late of the prison, charped vvith criminal carelessness in allowing Latimer to escape. The motion of defendant's attorney is sustained and the nformation quashed on the ground that no crime is charged in the original information.
