Fatally Shot By Officers

LA.N8ING, May 31.- "Doe" Bentley and Albert Donnelly. vvho were arrestd several weeks ago after a fierce btrujfgle, in which Marshal Sanford received a slight biillet wonnd in theneck, and who subbequently broke jail, were recaptured Báturday south of the city by a posse of otiicers whom they defied and vvho used theif revolvers freely. Donnelly was fa tally wounded, i'our bulletsbeiiifi imbeddedin hia body, one piercing his riffht Beutley and the Qffieers sscaped unhurt. The men are said to be burglars and were arrested on that charge.
