DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE FOE more than nincty days in the paymcnt of Interest overdue aud payable on a mortgage dated October 22, 1S8I, made by Jonatian D. Curry and Saruh J. Curry, bis wife, toTxmri.x B.
