At a session of the Probate Court for tlu County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Add Arlor, on Monday, the 24tli day of May, in the year one tbouaand eiiht hundred and ninety-three. Present. J.Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In themutter of the estáte of Michael Cowan, deceased. On reading and the petition, duly verified, of Marianna Cowen, praying tbat a certain instrument now on file in tMs Court, purpnrting to be tho last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administraron of said estáte may be granted to herself, the execurrix in said wiU named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 19thdayof JuDenext, at ten o'clockin the forenoon, boassigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons intereated in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the nrayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
