An Ordinance Relative to Trespasses. The Common Couticil of the City of Ann Arbor, Ordain. Section It shall not be luwful f oran y person to ko upon the lande of anothcr or upon the rlglit of w,-iy oí any railroad corapany, orto climb, stand in or upon any shade, ornamental or other tree, situated, bein or standing witliin the limite of tho city of Ann Arbor, for the purpose of witnessintr or lookingat anyfoot baü ame, base ball sameor other athletic sports or games whatever, or any fair show or other entertainment whatsoever, without the conseut and permisaion of the owner or occupant of sueh lande, rlght of wayorthe owner or proprietor of any suoh shade or ojnumeutal tree. Skction Two.- Any person violatini; the pvovisions of this ordinance shall on oonvlotlon thereoí, be punished by a fine of not more than tweuty dollars and coets, and in the imposltion of any such line, the Court shall have power to make a further sentence, that 8uchconvicted person shal) ber.ornmitted toand be conflned in the common jail of the County of Washtenaw, until eucli flni' and costs shall be paid, but any such imprl: onment shiill not exceed tweuty days.
