Lassing, June 3.- Gov. Rich has disposed of all measures passed by the egislature, and all reeeived his sanction. He has nót vetoed a bilí since the session began. Among the more important to receive his sig-nature sinoe the session closed are the following: The so-called "jag-cure bill." which gives persons convieted of drunkenness the optlon of taking the gold cure and the magistrate a like option oí permitting him to do so in lieu of imposing a line; establishing n asylum for the insane in the upper península; establishing a home for feeble-minded children; providing for a return to the system of collecting delinquent taxes; for the taxation of inheritances; amending the act relative to salarles of probate judges; providing a penalty for cruelty to children; maklne an appropriation for the Marquette prison; providing for approving articles of assooiation of mutual insurance companies; making appropriation for marking the posltlon of oertain Michigan regiment at Qettysburg' providiiif? for a pardon board; providing for the áppointmpnt of a commission to prepare a general municipal Corporation bilí; providing a penalty for killing insured live stock for purpose of collecting insurance; providing for the discharge trom record of statements claiming Hens upon real estáte; amending the act to protect primary elections; providing for proof of instrumeiits executed by corporations; amending section 6 of act 104 of 1881, prohibittog the adulteration of maple sugar, etc; ï'i'gulating the construction of railway trucks and streel railways; amending section 8 of act establishing the state insurance bureau; incorporating the knights of the Maccabees; authorizing judges of probate to appoint registers; placing juries in murder ca6es in charge of an offleer; amendins act relative to incorporation of manufacturlng companies; amending act for incorporation of mutual flre insurance companies; providing for a state tnaval militia; amending act designating holidays to be considered in acceptance of bilis of exchanpe; making ten hours a legal day's work for railway employés; auihorizing the state board of agricultur-e to hold farmers' institutes; amending the act relative to taking fish from inland lakes; making n appropriation for the state fish commission; providing for taltlng the state census of 1894; providing for an association for establishing scholarships in the university; amending banking laws; to protect tailors against the unjust demands of employers; amending section 1 of act 88 of laws of 18(59; making telegraph companies common carriers; regulating the taking, sale and transportation of flsh and game. There were no less than forty appropriation bilis passed. The smallest amount called for by any one bill is $150, and the largest is $1,850,000. The total amount voted by the lcg'islature is $3,720,000.
