Section Two.- Any person vlolating the provisions of this ordinance sliall on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than twenty dollars and costs, and in the imposition of any such fine, the Court shall have power to malie a further Bentence, that such convicted person shall be committed o and bu confined in the common jail of the County of Waslitenaw, until such fine and costs ehall be paid, but any such lmprlsoument sh;ill not exceed twenty days.
