Absent, Mr. Mc Intyre. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. By Mr. Keeeh: Resolved, That the Street Commissioner ask the advice of the City Attorney in regard to the rights of the City to the alley between the gas cornpany and the property owned by John Laughlin and to follow such advice as he may give in tliis matter. Yeas - Messrs. Keech and Schuh. On motion of Mr. Keech, the Clerk was directed to cause notices to build sidewalks to be served on the property owners on the east and west sides oi Church street from South University Ave. to Hill street. On motion the Board adjourned.
