The Common Council of the City of Ann Arbor Ordain: Section ONE.-Itsball not belawful forany person to tro upon the Iand6 of anothcr or upon the tlght of way of any railroad 'Ompany, oï'to climb, stand in or upon any shade, ornamental or other tree, situated, beinfr or standing witbin the limits of the city of Ann Arbor, for the purpose of witnessing" or lookinc at any foot ball game, base ball same or other athletic sports or games whatever, or any fair show or other entertainment whatsoever, without the consent and permission of the owner or oecupant of such lands, rlght of way or the owner or proprietor of any sueh shade or oinaiiH.'iual tree.
