President Keech stated the cali of this meeting to be for the purpose of ernploying sorue suitable person to procure the right of way over private property over whieh it is proposed to bnild the inain sewer. Mr. Schub, moved that Captain Charles H. Manly be emploved to procure the right of way for the main sewer over private property. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. On motion the Board adjourned.
