At a fision of the Probute Court lor ihe i ounty of Washtenaw holden at tbe Prol.atu Office in ibe City of Ann Arbor, on Saturilay, the 24th day ot June, in the yetir one thousaud eight hundred and mnetythree. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Prohate. In the matter ol the estáte ot Mary Ann Bilbie, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verlfled, of liichard Bilbie, praying that a certaín instrument now im tile in tbis court, purponing to b the last will and testament of said deceased niay be admitted to probate and that administratioa of saiu estáte way be granled to himself, the executor in said will named, or to aome other suitable person. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Monday, the 24th day of July, next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of aaid petition, and that the devisees, Iegatees and heirs at law of said deceasedand all other persons interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of Baid court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be why the prayer of tbe petitioner should not be granted.
