On readinf; and fiïing the pitition.duly verifled, of Kicbard Bilbie, praying that a eertain instrument now on tile in tiiis court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may beadraitted to probate and that administraron of saki estáte may be granted to himself, the executor in said will named, or to eome other uitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 24th day oi July. next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, beassignedfor the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees. leñatees and heirs at law of said deceasedand all other persons intereated in eaid estata, are required to appear at a seseion of aaid court, then tobe holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if auy there be why the prayer of the petitioner ahould not be granted. DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN THE coudition of a mortgage hearing date October lst, 1S92, made by Christopher Coniiskie and Celina Oomiskie, his wife. to Manly J.
