Last Saturday the Street Cotnmissione- preferred charges against Henry W. ; ouglas, the superintendent of th -■ Ann Arborgas company, for obstruc ting the highway west of the gas works. The gas company claim that they own the land and the charge was made to settle the question of ownership.
