ALrENA, July 14. - William Repke, who confessed and implicated twelve othera in the murder of Albert Molitor in Rogers City in 1875, has been found ' puilty o_f murder in the first degree. The jury was out only twenty minutes. Repke, together with the three prisoners who were convicted Monday of the same crime, will probably be sentenced to life imprisonment in Jackson. This makes the fifth convietion in the case, one man airead y having been sentenced. Reiger, anotherof the conspirators, will be tried next week.
