Pinckxey, July 20.- Af ter thirtyrwo years in one family the post office of Pinekney has changed hands. E. ?L. Tohey, thenew posttnaster, having just received his papers has taken possession. In 1861 Charles Yoiing was apointed postmaster by President Lincoln. He continued to hold the ofBce until his death in 1876. His wife, Sarah Young, was then appointed and las held the position until the present adrainistration, when it was given up vithout a struggle.
