Three prisoners were sentenced by Judge Kinne, Monday, all of whom had plead guilty of the charges brought against them. One, who stole a watch, got two years in state's Drison; another, who stole a horse, ot two years in the Ionia. house of correction; and the third, who stole ncycles, was fined $100, which enriched the school library fund by that much. Jacob Schmitter, who stole a watch valued at $30 from Theodore ügloff, the foreman of Nowland's umber camp in Pittsfield on June 28, and who was arrested while atempting to get a marriage license n company with his intended bride, jlead guilty of larceny and was sentenced to two years in the state's jrison at Jackson. Charles Davis, charged with stealng a bicycle, plead guilty, and was fined $100, which he paid. Henry Miller, charged with stealng a horse in Ann Arbor, Sunday sefore last, which he abandoned after driving it four miles, was sentenced to Ionia for two years. Matthew Heath, of Ypsilanti, was arraigned on three counts, one of rape, another of intended rape, and one of indecent assault upon a girl under fourteen years of age. He alead not guilty and was put under 1,500 bonds, Nelson Grunda and D. Rockwell going upon his bond.
