Lansing, Aug. 1. - The Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste. Marie Railway company applied to the United States supreme court at Marquette for au injunetion restraining the Michigan state board of health from putting1 in operation certain quarantine regulations adopted by it for the inspection of immigrants and their baggage at the Sault. Judge Severens, after a hearing, has denied the injunction, and the road is compelled to submit.
