Sears, eiecutors, praying that said James L Bahcock may )e appointed trustee in said estáte for the use and beneüt of Luther L. James and Thomas S. James. Thereupon it is ordered, tbat VVednsday, toe Oth da y of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assizned for the hearing uf said petition, and that the devisees, legatees, heirs at law of aid dtceased and all other persons ïnterestedin aid catate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be bolden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann SAxbor, and Jiow cause, if any tbe-e be, why the prayer ot he petitioner should not be granted. James, executors of the last ill and testament of suid deceaaed, corae into court and repesent that luey are now preparad to render heir final account as such executurs. Thereupon it is orlered that Wednesday the 30th lav of Augnst next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, e asïigned for examining and allowing such ac;ount, and that the devisees, leñatees and neirs-at aw of said deceased, and 11 other persons iDterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, io the city of Ann Aroor, in said countv and show cause, il' any there be why tne said account should not be allowed. Johnson, administrator, prayïng that he may be lieenaed to sell the ieal estate whereof aaid deeeas?d died seized. DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE FOR more than niuety days in the payment of Interest overdue and puyable on a mortgage dated October 32, 1S91, made by Jonathan D. Curry aud Sarah J. Curry, his wife, to Lomax B. Cook, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Wa6htenaw, in the State of Michigan, on the 24th day of October, 1891, in liber 76 of mortgages on page 403, for which default said Lomax B.
