Iïabcork and Thomas S, éeara ex-' ecutois, prayins; that said James L Bahcock'máy be appoirued trustee in sBid etate for the use and benefit of Luther L. James and Thomas S. James. Thereupon it ia ordered, that Wednesday, the 30th dsy of Ausust next, at ten o'clock inthe'forenoon, be aasietied for the hearing of said petition and that the devisees, legatees, heirs at law of said deceased and all other persona interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Aun Arbor, and showcaufe, if any thei-e be, why the nrayer ot the petitioner should not be erranted. James, executors of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into court and represent that they are now preparad to render their final account as such executors.
