To Locate a State Institution.

LANSING, Aug. 11.--Ex-Gov. Luce, of Coldwater, L. A. Sherman, of Port Huron, and John Sharp, of Jackson, have been appointed by Gov. Rich as members of the commission to select a location and site for the projected home for feeble-minded children.
