Flat Rock, Sept. 12.- Fire destroyed the blacksinith and wagon shop" of Charles Sherbean, with their contenta. The shops were located in the west end of the town, in the center of the factory district. The loss is 3,000, with no insurance. A bucket brigade saved Burden's boiler shop and carriage works, Shove's carriage repository and Metier & Son's lumber yard.
