Attempted Suicide

Benton Harbor, Sept. 13.- James Callaghan, a teainster from Niles, put arsenic in his glass of beer and drank it. His deed was discovered by friends, who hustled him to a physician who pumped him out. He had informed his family that some time he would cotnmit suicide. He gives no reason for the deed.
